The design is 100 made by our engineers, with a precision of each hole better than 0.1mm.

It is optimized by finite element analysis using CAD.

Compatibility

Valid for all C1J engines: (Renault R5 Gt Turbo and R11 Turbo)

Valid for cranksahfts with OEM stroke (77mm) or stroker cranckshafts (84mm) and for OEM or steel rods.

The kit includes everything to assembly:

- Heat treated Block Stiffening Plate 6mm thick

- Reinforced bolts in the highest quality available (12.9), which allow up to 8.5 kgf tightening, or Studs with 12Pt high grade nuts (option).

- Spacers bench, CNC lathe manufactured in forged steel

Note installation

Plug and Play. Any modification is required.

10 spacers are supplied: 9 have a length of 13 mm and another a length of 11.6 mm. This shorter spacer is designed to go over the oil dipstick on the number 4 main seat, to compensate the extra height of the guide.
