In 2015, we developed the first F1-style merged exhaust manifold for the Renault 5 GT Turbo / Renault 11 Turbo. The current version is the latest evolution (2023), the result of many years of development, testing, and real competition use.
After 9 years, non-reinforced copies have appeared on the market, sold even €140 cheaper than the original product.
We have decided to sell these manifolds at a loss, pricing them below the copies, so you can benefit from the original product, reinforced, manufactured in Spain, and proven for years in competition.
This manifold has been successfully used since 2016 by:

There are no disadvantages compared to the original manifold, making it suitable for standard engines as well as competition engines.

Designed for maximum durability:
Structural reinforcement using a continuous 12 mm steel plate, supporting the weight of the turbocharger instead of the manifold runners themselves, which cannot withstand mechanical stress at high temperatures.
Minimal number of welds (only one per runner), eliminating weak points and significantly increasing long-term reliability.

Installation with original Renault Sport nuts is strongly recommended, as they are the only ones guaranteed not to loosen under vibration and high temperatures
(available in related products).
This manifold has been designed exclusively for maximum performance.
To achieve this, it features:
Large-diameter runners (38 mm)
Smooth, wide-radius bends
Equal-length runners, occupying the maximum available space
For this reason, it is not compatible with the original starter motor.
A more compact starter motor is required (available in related products).
